I started noticing results after the first few sessions. My hair is growing back way-less frequently, and very fine. The spa is kept clean. The staff is very friendly. My technician Hani is the BEST! I wasn't sure if Laser was going to hurt, and Hani was super patient with me. I always feel so comfortable here. During the consult they tried to upsell me, but that's to be expected, ok. My first session with Stella was great, she knew what she was doing, but my second session whoever they gave me, I think it was her first time running the machine, because there seemed to be no logical pattern that I could follow, and she was lifting the laser off my skin before the laser did it's thing, after I left I realized that, the whole session was wasted because there was no noticable effect, and I've had plenty of sessions other places, so I know what to expect after an effective treatment. This might be a good choice, depending on what your looking for, but I would not recommend commiting to long term treatments here.
