You may switch if you desire. But if this is within the 90 day period the guarantee may be void.

• You can just reschedule your appointment, however if this is within the 90 day period, it may void the guarantee. But we will continue treating you as prescribed. 

• We’ll adjust scheduling around trips/sun. Tanning can delay sessions and may void the guarantee for that area; we’ll advise timing.

• Temporary redness, warmth, or follicle edema are common and normal. We give simple post-care to minimize irritation.

• 30 spots per 7-day enrollment window. We show a live counter and close when sold out to ensure VIP scheduling and quality.

Because fulfillment is front-loaded and guaranteed via service extension, there are no cash refunds. If you comply and don’t achieve the defined outcome, we keep treating you free until you do—our risk reversal in action. We also aim to be as accommodating as possible and allow store credit or transfer of credits to another individual on a case by case basis.
